well, im taking a rest from work so i decided to finally do this. haha!
this was our 1st christmas with gemz and away from kuya ej's fambam.
tried to experiment with new dishes like this paella negra :D success! ayiee!! ^_^
plus of course, the staple request of my brother. home-made blueberry cheesecake. :p fave na rin sya ng mga kapitbahay namin. haha! (unli thank you to ivy for the recipe) :p
christmas day, we decided to went out (for a change). bad move. market market looked like divi so we went back to greenbelt, taxi cabs were horrible, dining places were jam packed and travel back to cavite was such a pain in the ass. haha! not to mention, we weren't able to watch "sisterakas". our main goal why we went out in the first place. :p
but then again, make the most of what's in front of you. so we settled with Sentro 1771 for dinner instead. ordered honey garlic pork spareribs (gemz's choice) - good choice by the way ;p , kare kare (kanin club's version was MUCH BETTER) and boneless crispy trotter. hated their sago't gulaman. there's an aftertaste of coconut. was still wondering how come? :| gave this visit a 3.5 out of 5 rating.

good thing christmas is about Christ and spending it with your loved ones. in that case, all's well that ended well. ^_^ thank you Papa God for giving me this wonderful family who i know will take me through my best and even at my worst. i am blessed. c",)
